Protection of your privacy and personal data is important for Zinzane B.V. (Zinzane/we/our/us). This privacy notice describes our policy related to the collection and processing of
your personal data (Privacy Policy).
Personal data means data enabling the direct or indirect identification of natural persons.
We recommend you to read the terms of this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not want us to collect or process your personal data, please do not provide us with it. In the latter case

This Privacy Policy will be in force from 01/03/2017.

2 Collection and processing of personal data with regard to your visit to our store
2.1 What personal data do we collect and process?
We collect and process personal data that you provided us with. The personal data we collect and process are:
(i) full name;
(ii) e-mail address;
(iii) nationality;
(iv) place of living;
(v) phone number; and
(vi) date of birth.
2.2 Persons younger than 16 years
In Our opinion, we have to take extra measures to maintain the privacy and protection of personal data of children younger than 16 years. If you are younger than 16 years, you may only provide personal data to us if you have obtained permission from your parent(s) or your legal representative who has/have read this Privacy Policy.
3 What are the purposes for the processing of your data?
3.1 The purposes of the processing
We process your personal data when you register with us for the first time. These personal data are then processed by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Zinzane bases the processing of your data on the fact that the processing is necessary for the purposes of Zinzane’s legitimate interests if your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms do not override such interests.
These legitimate interests are that we find it important that we are able to send our customers tailored offers. Furthermore, we want to get a better understanding of our client base and recurrence rates.
Your personal data will not be used for purposes other than those listed above. We can use third parties to process your personal data, which third parties will follow the instructions of us. Please note that these parties may be based in countries other than your country of residence or other than the country in which you provided us with your personal data.
We may share your personal information for the same purpose within Zinzane and Our group of companies, also if they are located outside the European Union. Only authorized professionals will have access
to your data for internal purposes.
4 Managing your data
You are entitled to access, correct and delete data, which relates to you. You furthermore have the right to object to the processing of your data and to request a restriction of processing if there are legitimate grounds to do so. To exercise these rights, please contact us via e-mail at privacynl@zinzane.com.br. We will respond to your request within 1 month, but we reserve the right to extend this period with 2 months.
5 Storage and duration
5.1 Where is your data stored?
Your data will be transferred to and stored at our headquarters and business intelligence centre in Rio the Janeiro, Brazil.
The transfer of personal data to Brazil will take place under and in accordance with a Model Clauses issued by the European Commission. Model Clauses are standard contractual clauses that provide adequate safeguards with respect to the protection of the privacy and fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals and as regards the exercise of the corresponding rights. 5.2 How long will Zinzane keep your data?
We store your data for a period of 5 years after our last contact with you. If this is earlier, we will delete your personal data when this is no longer necessary for the purposes as described under paragraph 3.1, or when you request the deletion of your data prior to such date, unless we are legally require to retain the data longer.

The protection of your privacy personal data has our priority. We take several technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access to, alteration, disclosure, loss or any unlawful processing of personal data.

On our website we offer you the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter regarding inter alia the launch of our new collections and news about Zinzane. We will only add your e-mail address to the list of recipients, if you have voluntarily filled in your e-mail address in the space provided. Every newsletter contains a link through which you can unsubscribe. If you do not wish to receive our newsletter then please do not subscribe to it.
8 Complaints and feedback
8.1 Right to complain with the regulator
If you have a complaint about the way we process your data, you have the right to lodge a formal complaint with the competent data protection regulator. For Zinzane the competent regulator is Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. We would request you to first contact us at privacynl@zinzane.com.br, so we can address your complaint.
